About Dr. Chauhan
Dr. Dinesh Kumar Chauhan is a distinguished agribusiness leader with over 22 years of experience in non-profit and private sectors. As CEO and Director of IACG and Head of the Agribusiness and Innovation Platform (AIP) at ICRISAT, he spearheads initiatives in business development, resource mobilization, and global partnerships.
With a Ph.D. in Management, a Master’s in Agribusiness, and a Master’s in Food Technology, Dr. Chauhan combines academic rigor with practical expertise. He is an award-winning keynote speaker, delivering insights on smart farming, AgTech, and sustainable agriculture at global conferences like the Livelihoods India Conference and Texila’s World Conference for Scholars. His work spans India, Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia, focusing on precision agriculture, value chains, and climate-smart solutions.
Dr. Chauhan serves on advisory boards, including the National Committee of Agri StartUps, and contributes to academic councils, shaping the future of agribusiness education.
